Xpance Infotech Pvt Ltd (Xpance IT) is an AI-first IT services company. We build AI and software for clients in the US, UK, Europe, the Middle East and Australia, and we add vetted engineers to their teams.
Our story
Two engines, one team.
Xpance was founded in Jaipur with a simple idea: clients shouldn't need one partner to build their software and another to find the engineers who will scale it. We do both.
Today that idea runs on AI. Our 40+ AI/ML engineers already deliver for clients across multiple engagements, and every engineer we place uses AI tools under a written policy. AI agents draft, senior engineers decide, and clients own the result.

These are operational promises. If a practice changes, this policy changes with it.

Your code and data are never used to train AI models.
We only use AI tools on business or enterprise terms where training on customer data is off.

A human reviews all AI-assisted work.
Nothing AI-generated merges without an engineer's review.

You own everything we deliver, including AI-assisted work.
Our contracts assign IP explicitly, AI-assisted output included.

You set the rules.
Restrict or switch off AI tools on your project, or require your own approved tools.

NDA first.
We sign an NDA before discovery calls where you share anything confidential.

Least-privilege access.
Engineers work in client-owned accounts and repos where possible, and access is removed when the engagement ends.
